The West Vancouver SPCA is having a Flat Screen TV Raffle to help the animals. Tickets are on sale at the shelter in Ambleside park. The tickets are 1 for $10.00 or 3 for $20.00. The winning ticket will be drawn on Dec 15 2009. Come buy a ticket and have a wonderful Christmas present, or buy many and give them as stocking stuffers!
