Member Showcase

and Networking Social

This event is best described as a mini Trade Show that features up to five of our member businesses. Featured participants pay a small sponsorship fee, while other members and guests are invited to drop-in at no charge.

The Member Showcase is the ideal method for businesses to get face to face with potential customers, and introduce themselves to those who can help business grow. It is a casual and non-threatening environment, where you can spread the word about your business and meet fellow Chamber members. And you are guaranteed to have some fun too!

Held bi-monthly at various members establishments, this event has proven to be very popular with our members. It is open to both members and the public, and is held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on the third Wednesday of every other month. Complimentary appetizers are provided by the restaurant, and a no host bar is available.

Your investment to participate is minimal compared to the benefits you will obtain as a table sponsor.  For your fee you will receive pre-promotion in our weekly E-News that is sent out to some 600+ qualified email addresses. Your business will also be mentioned in our electronic newsletter (depending on the timing), and on our website under Events Calendar. The Showcase itself will also be mentioned in our monthly page in the North Shore Outlook community newspaper.

At the event, we will provide table top signage for your business. Following the event, photos of the event will be included in our subsequent newsletter’s photo gallery. While we cannot guarantee that you will be included, we strive to do so.

At the West Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, we know that our members are keenly interested in networking amongst themselves and with others. So while we focus on membership attendance, we invite non-member businesses and the public at large to participate in this free event. In doing so, we hope to attract a broad cross section of interested participants.
